building in progress - 1

i have been always wanted to start on a workout program.. but a workout program that looks reasonable is not easy to come by...

but recently.. i have found a book... called The Body Sculpting Bible.. which teaches you various exercise to strengthen and build various muscles...

and it has a 12 week intensive training program.. i tried it today.. gosh.. it's intense...



so this is the summary of my workout today.. was supposed to finish up 6 superset where each superset consist of 2 exercise of 3 sets each with minimum 12 reps...

gosh.. i only managed to finish 3 superset and part of superset 4... i gave up.. body could not take it anymore...

okay.. gotta try harder on next session. which is in 2 days time...
